Shipping Policy

Tiny Star Friends products are created especially for you after your order is placed.

Processing time

Most products are prepared and shipped within 2–7 business days. During busy periods, holidays or due to product availability, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping destinations

We ship within the Netherlands and to many international destinations.

• Shipping within the Netherlands is free.
• For international orders, available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the destination, product and shipping provider. The estimated delivery information shown during checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days unless a different delivery period is clearly stated or agreed upon. If your order is delayed, please contact us through our Contact page so we can help you.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information. Tracking updates can sometimes take several business days to appear.

Separate packages

Products may be created by different production partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately. You will not be charged additional shipping costs because an order is divided into multiple packages.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check the tracking information and contact us. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can assist you.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be the responsibility of the recipient.
