2. AGE REQUIREMENT

Purchases from Tiny Star Friends™ may only be made by adults aged 18 or older, or by someone who has reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in their country.

Although our products and characters may appeal to children, orders must be placed and managed by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, materials, prices and images accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen, production process or product material.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and selecting the correct size, colour, design and delivery address before completing an order.

4. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION

Many Tiny Star Friends™ products are manufactured individually after an order is placed. Products may be produced, packaged and shipped by Printful or one of its authorised fulfilment partners.

The production and shipping location may vary depending on the product, destination, availability and printing method. Tiny Star Friends™ remains the customer’s seller and primary contact for questions, complaints, returns and refunds.

Producing items on demand helps reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.

5. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Some products may allow customers to add a name, photograph, message or other personalised content.

Customers are responsible for checking all personalised information before ordering. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or other errors submitted by the customer.

Customers must own or have permission to use any photograph, text, logo or other material submitted for personalisation. We may refuse content that is unlawful, discriminatory, offensive or infringes intellectual-property rights.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products manufactured according to a customer’s individual specifications.

6. ORDERS

An order is submitted when the customer completes checkout. A purchase agreement is formed when we send an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• Product or pricing information contains an obvious error
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
• Submitted personalised content violates these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, the customer will receive a full refund through the original payment method.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Customers should contact support@tinystarfriends.com immediately if they wish to change or cancel an order.

We may be able to change or cancel an order before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Personalized products cannot normally be cancelled after production begins. Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights applying to standard, non-personalized products.

8. PRICES AND TAXES

All applicable product prices, taxes, delivery charges and other costs will be shown before the customer confirms the order.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply. When these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be charged by the carrier or local authorities. Any applicable charges will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible before purchase.

9. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Customers confirm that they are authorised to use their selected payment method.

Payment must be completed before an order enters production. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the selected payment provider.

10. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated production and delivery times are displayed on our website or during checkout. These are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, fulfilment location and seasonal demand.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid customs charges or failure to collect the parcel.

Risk of loss or damage transfers as provided by applicable consumer law.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available on tinystarfriends.com.

For standard, non-personalized products, eligible EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Personalized products made according to individual customer specifications may be excluded from this right.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or lost products should be reported promptly to support@tinystarfriends.com with the order number and clear photographs where applicable.

12. LEGAL GUARANTEE

Products must conform to the purchase agreement and meet the quality customers may reasonably expect.

If a product is faulty or does not match its description, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund under applicable consumer law.

These statutory rights are separate from and are not limited by any commercial policy offered by Tiny Star Friends™ or its fulfilment partners.

13. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining secure access to their email account.

Customer accounts can be used to view orders, track deliveries and submit eligible cancellation or return requests.

We may suspend an account when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorised access or a violation of these Terms.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Tiny Star Friends™ name, logo, artwork, website content, product designs, stories and visual identity are owned by or licensed to Tiny Star Friends™.

The characters Lumi™, Lala™ and the Tiny Star Academy™ name and associated designs are protected brand assets.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights.

15. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

Customers may submit reviews or other content based on their genuine experiences.

Reviews must not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory or infringing material. We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we will not remove a genuine review solely because it is negative.

If a review was rewarded or incentivised, this must be disclosed clearly.

16. PROHIBITED USE

Customers and visitors must not:

• Use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with the website’s security or operation
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Scrape or copy website content without permission
• Infringe our rights or the rights of another person
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Use Tiny Star Friends™, Lumi™, Lala™ or Tiny Star Academy™ commercially without permission

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, Printful, payment providers and delivery carriers.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when customers use those services.

Nothing in this section reduces Tiny Star Friends™’ obligations as the seller.

18. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.

19. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable consumer law.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The version in effect when an order was placed will continue to apply to that order. The latest version will always be published on tinystarfriends.com.
